1. About Unli-Mail

Unli-Mail is a web-based email service that provides temporary and disposable email addresses and inbox functionality for privacy, testing, development, and other legitimate email-management purposes.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using Unli-Mail. If you are not legally permitted to use the service, you must not use it.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Unli-Mail only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• send or facilitate spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or abusive communications;
• conduct phishing, credential theft, impersonation, fraud, scams, or deceptive activity;
• distribute malware, ransomware, malicious code, or harmful files;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of another person or organization;
• evade security controls or interfere with another service, network, or system;
• use the service for unlawful activities or to facilitate unlawful activities.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep Unli-Mail available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, infrastructure, or other operational reasons.

5. Email and Content

Temporary email addresses and messages may be subject to expiration or deletion according to the service's retention rules. You should not use a temporary mailbox as the sole storage location for information that you need to retain permanently.

You are responsible for content you submit, receive, or otherwise process through your account and for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and included features are presented during checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider shown at checkout.

Subscription access is provided according to the plan purchased and is subject to successful payment and the status of the subscription.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund unless the applicable refund terms provide otherwise.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, infrastructure, or third parties, including where we reasonably believe that an account is being used for abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or a material violation of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Unli-Mail service, software, branding, design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Unli-Mail is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We make no guarantee that the service will meet every particular requirement or that every email will be delivered, received, retained, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unli-Mail and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from or related to use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
